What does a Bloomberg apprenticeship involve?
Apprenticeships are full-time roles that balance real responsibility working on projects as part of a team and study with both on-the-job training and formal learning. All apprenticeships result in a formal qualification, gained through a combination of online and in-person training. Foundation-level apprenticeships (levels 3-5) run between 15 and 18 months and degree-level (levels 6 and 7) run between 18 and 48 months).
In addition to your colleagues and instructors, you’ll have a mentor and a buddy to help you get settled in and navigate your apprenticeship throughout. Once you successfully complete your qualification, you’ll be given the opportunity to transition to a full-time working role at Bloomberg or progress to a higher-level apprenticeship.
