What will I do during a Deloitte internship?

Deloitte offers two kind of internships: the summer vacation scheme, which lasts 3-6 weeks in the summer before your final year (or before you start a master’s), and an industrial placement, which lasts 6-12 months and is open to undergraduates. Both programmes are paid and allow you to work on real client projects within an experienced and welcoming team at Deloitte. And if you impress your colleagues while there, you may be offered a place on one of Deloitte’s graduate programmes for after you graduate!

Deloitte’s internships involve a structured learning plan in addition to your on-the-job training, so you’ll be sure to come out of your internship with a shiny set of new skills just begging to take pride of place on your CV! You can choose which area of Deloitte’s activities you’d like to work in. Internships are available in all ten of the firm’s primary business areas:

Entry requirements

  • Predicted degree classification of 2:1 or above in any discipline
  • 104 UCAS points (260 if before 2017)
  • GCSE English Language grade 4 (grade C before 2017)
  • GCSE Maths grade 5 (grade B before 2017)

Ideal applicant profile

In addition to your strong academic record, you’ll need to be enthusiastic and demonstrate a passion for business and professional services. Teamwork and communication skills will work in your favour and a good work ethic and motivation will help you get the most of out your internship.
