Who can apply?

Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduates with qualifications in a subject related to your graduate scheme specialism. For some programmes, a university education isn’t necessary provided you can demonstrate enthusiasm and the relevant skills (e.g. coding). For the technology schemes, SAP strongly prefers candidates with proficiency in one or more programming languages.

Rotation-based structure

All programmes are rotation-based, meaning you’ll get to experience working with multiple departments and teams during your 12-24 months on the scheme. This gives you the opportunity to gain a broad overview of various roles so you can specialise later on.
